Nature of the platform

SecvaPay is a financial intermediation platform designed to protect the funds of both buyer and seller. The platform is not a party to the sale itself.

Prohibited activities

The platform may not be used for cryptocurrency trading, foreign currency exchange, illegal goods or fake services.

Fees

The platform charges a fee in exchange for providing the escrow service. The commission structure is displayed clearly and in advance on the pricing page and the fee calculator before any transaction is confirmed. The platform reserves the right to update and amend these fees at any time through its official interface, and no amendment applies retroactively to ongoing transactions.

Disclaimer

The platform acts exclusively as an escrow intermediary to protect the funds of both parties and is not a party to the commercial contract. Accordingly, the platform fully disclaims any legal liability for the quality of the digital products delivered, their legality, or the accuracy of the data exchanged. Our role is strictly limited to securing the payment and documenting the delivery.

Disputes on digital products

Refund requests based on personal taste or subjective assessment are not accepted. A dispute is accepted only if the delivered file is technically corrupted, or explicitly does not match the description agreed upon inside the platform.

The automatic release rule (24 hours)

Once the seller sends the delivery link or file through the platform, the buyer is granted a 24-hour review window. If the window expires without confirmation of receipt or an opened dispute, the amount is released automatically to the seller and no appeal is accepted.

The evidence rule (sensitive transactions)

In sensitive transactions (such as activation keys and accounts), a clear, uninterrupted screen recording documenting the moment the link is opened and immediately tested is required. Only this evidence, together with the in-platform messages, is accepted.

Off-platform dealing is prohibited

The platform fully disclaims responsibility for any agreement or delivery made outside the SecvaPay workspace. Exchanging external contact details (such as WhatsApp) immediately forfeits both parties’ right to escrow protection and exposes the account to a permanent ban.
